Omid Helali specializes in developmental projects for sustainable livelihood. With years working across different ministries in the  Afghan Government, such as the Ministry of Interior Affairs, Ministry of Finance, Afghan Supreme Court, and Ministry of Education, he deeply understands the roles of project management, audits, and security in Afghanistan. Omid was recently involved in execution, leadership and management of a multi-billion dollar project – the Turkmenistan, Afghanistan, Pakistan and India Pipeline (TAPI). In his tenure, he has supervised 180 subordinate staff and interacted with different ethnic groups on local issues.
